The Glue’s design and research team is a partner for Lyft in creating both internal and customer-facing products.

 

 
 

We conduct user research on existing and proposed products that help build requirements for design and engineering.

  • User Interviews

    We’ve met and interviewed a host of employees at Lyft in various roles from Business Stakeholders to Engineers. Each user has different goals, and the only way to ensure we design for those is by hearing from them directly.

  • Survey Design

    Sometimes we need quantitative research to get an understanding of the larger picture. We’ve designed engaging surveys using best practices to help us design the right thing, and to inform many of the product managers we work with.

  • Usability Testing

    Testing existing products, or new solutions is something we try to incorporate into every design project we do for the good people working at Lyft. When employees are happy, we’re happy.

  • Analysis & Reporting

    Knowledge that exists in a vacuum isn’t very useful and product owners don’t have the time to sift through excel spreadsheets of data collection. We gather, simplify and extract insights that inform iterations.

We have turned cumbersome frustrating data, pricing and development apps into elegant easy-to-use tools that empower Lyft team members to make quick, informed data-driven decisions.

 

And we deliver fun, meaningful internal communications that represent the Lyft spirit of inclusion and equity.
